Conversation Level: Analyst uses the full call transcript - great for granular review, extracting quotes, or action items.
Insight/Topic Set Level: Analyst uses summarized insights; limited to 500 max per analysis (samples intelligently if more).
How-To:
Select a conversation, insight set, or topic set.
Click “Ask the Analyst.”
Choose prompt from library (or enter custom).
Analyst generates output - read, copy, or share as needed.
Best Practices:
For detailed action lists or verbatims, use conversation level.
For trend analysis or summary, use insights/topic level.
For >500 insights, break into smaller topic sets.
Limitations:
Will not pull verbatim quotes or transcript details at insight/topic level.
Must use conversation analysis for exact statements.
