Track trends to visualise themes, topics, or keyword mentions over time.

How-To:

  1. Go to Monitor.

  2. Create/view monitors by:

  3. Topic set

  4. Keyword or label

  5. Filter (conversation type, region, etc.)

  6. Adjust date range as needed.

  7. Compare multiple trends by adding other sets or labels.

Features:

  • Click individual bars or points to see relevant data for that period.

  • Bookmark/copy monitor URLs for recurring analysis.

Best Practices:

  • Monitor key business themes (customer pain points, feature requests, etc.)

  • Share relevant trends with teams via snapshot or direct link.

  • Use in QBRs, monthly reviews, and product planning.

Tips:

  • Combine Monitor with workflows for automatic regular trend emails if needed.

  • Keep monitor configurations simple—complex filters may be confusing to new users.
