Four/Four in Claude

Connect Four/Four to Claude to search customer conversations, insights, topics and CRM data with links back to the source.

Written by Chris Lloyd

The Four/Four connector lets Claude search your conversations, insights, topics and CRM data and answer with links back to the source in Four/Four. Claude calls Four/Four's MCP server using your sign-in. Searching is read-only; Claude can also create and apply labels and start topic models. The full tool list is in the MCP tools reference.

Requirements

  • A Four/Four user in a workspace with an active plan.

  • A Claude plan that supports connectors. Some plans require a workspace owner to enable connectors first; see Claude's connector help.

Connect

  1. Open the Four/Four connector page in the Claude connector directory.

  2. Click Add connector, then Connect.

  3. Sign in to Four/Four if asked and click Authorize.

  4. In a Claude chat, click + near the message box and select the Four/Four connector, or ask Claude to use Four/Four.

Other MCP-compatible clients, such as Claude Desktop or Claude Code, can connect to https://fourfour.ai/mcp and sign in with OAuth.

Example requests

  • "What are enterprise prospects saying about onboarding in the last 90 days? Include links."

  • "Summarise the top pain points from our closed-lost opportunities this quarter."

  • "Find recent conversations with Acme and draft a briefing for tomorrow's call."

  • "Which feature requests come up most often? Create a topic model from them."

Troubleshooting

  • Add connector is unavailable: an owner may need to enable connectors for your Claude plan or workspace.

  • Claude cannot access Four/Four: disconnect and reconnect the connector and approve access again.

  • Thin answers: ask for a longer date range, or ask Claude to include transcripts for specific conversations.

Permissions

Claude sees only what your Four/Four user can see. Creating and applying labels and starting topic models depend on your role; without the needed permission, Claude cannot do those things. See the MCP tools reference for how tools are offered by role.
