Connect Fireflies.ai with an API key to import its meeting transcripts, speakers and attendees into Four/Four for analysis. Access is read-only; nothing is written to Fireflies. You need a Fireflies.ai API key.
Connect
Go to Settings > Connections.
Find Fireflies.ai under Call recording and click Connect.
In the Connecting Fireflies.ai window, follow the find your key here link to the Fireflies integrations page and copy your API key.
Paste it into API Key and click Connect.
If the key is accepted, the card shows Syncing... and then Connected. Otherwise you see "Fireflies could not be connected." and nothing is saved; check the key and try again.
What is imported
Four/Four checks Fireflies every 5 minutes. The first sync imports the last 90 days of meetings. Each meeting is imported with its transcript, speakers and attendees, then analysed. Meetings without a recorded duration are skipped.
Troubleshooting
Authentication failed: Fireflies rejected the key, for example because it was regenerated. Click Disconnect, then Connect with a new key.
Setup error: try connecting again. If it persists, contact support.
Syncing...: the first import is still running.
To stop importing, click Disconnect. Conversations already imported stay in Four/Four.
Permissions
Connecting Fireflies.ai needs the Manage connections permission.
