The HubSpot integration connects Four/Four directly to your HubSpot CRM, making it easy to bring in key customer, sales, deal, and support data for analysis. Setup is simple with a one-click process via Four/Four's settings menu, supporting both HubSpot CRM and Service Hub.

How it works

  • Setup is one-click via the Four/Four app’s connections screen — just select HubSpot and connect.

  • Four/Four pulls company, contact, deal, ticket, product, line item, and currency data directly from HubSpot.

  • Custom objects are imported via HubSpot Lists configured by the user.

  • Standard data sync from HubSpot happens every 5 minutes; custom object lists are refreshed every 24 hours.

  • Embedded HubSpot app: Available with a separate license, lets you view Four/Four interfaces (like conversations and insights) directly inside HubSpot linked to companies, deals, and contacts.

  • When meetings are recorded using Four/Four's notetaker, a HubSpot Call record is created and attached to the proper objects for tracking.

Before you start

To use the HubSpot integration, you’ll need:

  • A Four/Four licence that covers CRM integrations

  • HubSpot CRM access with permission to connect integrations

  • For custom object support, set up a HubSpot List referencing that custom object for Four/Four to pull from

How do custom objects work?

Set up a List in HubSpot referencing your custom object, then you can configure the import in the Four/Four CRM settings page for HubSpot. The custom object must have a single text field representing the 'content' of the object that Four/Four will convert into insights.

Is the connection secure?

Yes, all connections are API-based and require proper authentication through HubSpot’s standard integration flow.

Does Four/Four write data back to HubSpot?

When using the Four/Four note taker, Four/Four creates a Call record linked to the relevant HubSpot objects (company, deal, contact). Four/Four does not otherwise edit or overwrite existing HubSpot data.
